General Terms

1. The Controller processes personal data provided with the Client's consent, obtained through purchase agreements and online order execution via the online store at https://darbnicas.webnode.lv.
2. The Controller processes only the Client's identification and contact details required for the fulfillment of the purchase agreement.
3. Personal data is processed for delivery, accounting, and necessary communication within the legally required timeframe.
   The data is not disclosed or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing

The Controller processes the Client's personal data for the following purposes:

1. For registration on the website https://darbnicas.webnode.lv in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the Regulation;
2. For the fulfillment of the Client's electronic order (name, address, email, phone number);
3. To comply with legal obligations arising from the agreement between the Client and the Controller;
4. Personal data is necessary to fulfill the purchase agreement. The agreement cannot be concluded without personal data.

Personal Data Retention Period

1. The Controller retains personal data for the period required to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the agreement between the Controller and the Client, and for 3 years after the agreement has ended.
2. The Controller must delete all personal data after the retention period has expired.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties that process the Client's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. These subcontractors provide services essential for the execution of electronic orders between the Controller and the Client.

Subcontractors include:

• Webnode AG (online store platform)
• Delivery companies (couriers, parcel lockers)
• Google Analytics (website traffic analytics)

Client's Rights

In accordance with the Regulation, the Client has the following rights:

1. Right to access their personal data;
2. Right to rectification of personal data;
3. Right to erasure of personal data ("right to be forgotten");
4. Right to object to the processing of personal data;
5. Right to data portability;
6. Right to withdraw consent for data processing by writing to handmade.foralldiy@gmail.com;
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if a breach of the Regulation is suspected.

Data Security

1. The Controller commits to taking all necessary technical and organizational precautions to ensure data protection.
2. The Controller uses secure computer access with a password, antivirus software, and regular system maintenance to prevent data breaches or misuse.

Final Provisions

1. By placing an order on the website https://darbnicas.webnode.lv, the Client confirms that they are informed about all terms related to personal data protection and agree to them in full.
2. The Client agrees to the Privacy Policy by checking the consent box in the order form.
3. The Controller may update this Privacy Policy at any time. A new version will be published on the website.
